What is Semigermi?
Semigermi was a project for children's television that took place in 2006, consisting of two words; Semi – seed, and Germi – germination. The seed is compared to the Word of God in the parable of the sower in Luke 8 and Mark 4. Germination is when the seed has everything favorable to grow and become a plant. I desire that the Word of God, the Bible, grow in the hearts of children, and fruition abundantly. I want to encourage and strengthen their identity in Christ and have the firm foundation to continue a life of success in all areas of their lives. The project, although it stays frozen, has been the starting point for the fight and trying to make the Christian animation in Mexico.
What Christian Animators Mexicans?
Unfortunately in our country, there is not a group or network of Christian animators at the moment. For a long time, I've been looking but I've only found four people; two 2d animators an animator, video games, and a 3d animator.
Who I am
My name is Gabriel Castañeda L. I am a Christian and have a degree in Graphic Communication with God's favor. For several years I have tried to dabble in animation production. I am a generalist in small productions of animation. I can do it from the idea to the final output of the video, either in 3D or 2D vector.
In the course of the years, I have made several personal projects, but unfortunately, until now none of them has been able to develop. I am completely sure that you produce Christian animation is important for the children of the church, in fact, I made a video explaining the importance of it.
The updates of the programs and the innovation of artificial intelligence have made it increasingly clear that animation is within the scope of the artists and enthusiasts who want to dabble in this area. My prayer is that Christian animation in Mexico, grow and bear much fruit.
